I really wasn't in the market for a new roof, just wanting information for the future. After the Erie Home sales team explained and show me the future increases of materials. Then they demonstrated the quality of the Erie Home roofing panels and underlayment I was convinced and I signed the dotted line. From that point the Eire Home team was in constant communication with me about procedures and scheduling. On the day of installation the crew showed up ready to get the job done. They worked as a team to strip and apply all the layers of my new roof. After the installation, it was a team effort to gather and secure the trash and they used huge magnets to clear the area of all metal, tacks, and nails as the supervisor kept me informed of the procedure throughout the day. Our experience with Erie was really great, from the initial meeting with Omar to the finished products with Cody! The new roof not only looks great but the feel inside the house is much better and a dryer feeling. So, we are very satisfied and would recommend to others!

Erie is professional and efficient. Their staff is easy to communicate with. Once we signed up it was only a few days before the crew came at the scheduled time and by the end of the day we had a new roof! And it looked good. In the middle of the winter no less! We feel like the materials used were of the highest quality and will endure longer than is typical. The prompt service was really appreciated.
