My experience with Erie Home has been excellent from start to finish! I needed some warranty work done on the roof they installed back in 2020. I first spoke with a customer service representative who then contacted the Rochester location. Shortly after, Zac Berger from that location reached out to me. I explained everything that was going on, and Zac never once gave me the runaround. He listened carefully to my concerns and sent a gentleman named Luis to inspect the issues. Long story short, they ended up replacing the entire first-level roof — all new plywood and shingles. They also replaced the boots on two vents on the second-level roof and redid one of them due to a crack. They truly went the extra mile to make sure all my concerns were addressed. Very very pleased with the job well done. From my first meeting with Marcus to the next meeting with the field representative Andrew and Danny to Nate, Dave and Casey, the office administrator and installation managers the project got started. Finding the issues with my roof it was leaking for a while to knowing what needed to be done. We got together and got started.. Came today of the insulation of the new roof I met with the installer manager Luis He explained everything that was to be done. He did state that they would need additional roofing material as it was a little worse off than we thought.. Great Company from estimate to finish of new roof installation. Hunter and Mark provided thorough information regarding materials, workmanship, and warranty. Luis and his crew were also as courteous and professional during installation. Phone calls are returned immediately and the crew was on time and the job done the same day. I give Erie Home more than five stars and recommend them highly!

From the first phone call to the final walkthrough, Erie Home delivered an exceptional experience. The communication was prompt and professional right from the start, and the installation team was efficient, skilled, and clearly took pride in their work. The roofing quality speaks for itself — done right and done fast. What really stood out was the cleanup. Once the crew finished, you’d never know they were there — not a single shingle scrap, nail, or piece of debris left behind. The installers were polite and easy to work with, and the foreman was genuinely courteous throughout the entire process.
