The field representative was highly knowledgeable, taking time to explain the process and address our questions. On the day of installation, the crew demonstrated professionalism and diligence. They clarified all aspects of the work, from removing old shingles and replacing roof boards to installing new shingles and cleaning up. We are very pleased with the final outcome and would recommend their services to anyone seeking a quality, professional roof replacement.

I was iffy on using the company from the moment they got done with their inspection. The inspector/sales rep told us that there was water pooling on the roof because there hadn’t been any precipitation for a while, he showed pictures but it was hard to tell the exact location. It turns out that ice was from condensation dripping off the furnace vent and not a drainage issue like he stated because as of today, there is still ice build up in that location. I kept telling the sales rep that I needed time to think it over because, he would not accept that answer and kept pushing and pushing. He eventually came down on the price by about 20% (red flag) and I ultimately said yes because I knew the roof needed replaced. The crew that worked on my home were very content very polite and answered any questions I had asked of them as the job progressed. They walked around the house to pick up any nails that had fallen into the ground with a magnet. Great product, good workers, and a job well done.

Long detailed sales pitch with a bit of high pressure, but product and process was explained thoroughly. All questions were answered. Install was done in a timely manner with care for my property. Final inspection from the project manager was completed timely and done with great care for the details of the work completed. Overall pleased with the work. As far as the product, we haven’t had it long enough to decide if it’s as great as the sales pitch makes it out to be. Time will tell that. May 17, 2025 not quite a year after roof was completed we noticed ripples in the roof.
