My house is nearly 25 years old and as it happens over time, my roof had developed a couple of leaks. Erie Homes came out and assessed it gave me several options on roof repair versus replacement to include types, quality, strengths and weaknesses for the various shingles shown as well as metal roofs. I chose to have my roof replaced with the metal roof. They not only replaced the roof, they replaced damaged areas due to the leaking and cleaned up everything when the left the same day. Yes, the metal roof is more expensive than standard shingles but I live in a hurricane prone area and metal roofs are far more resistant to hurricane force winds than shingles. The sales guy was too pushy, but other than him (I asked to take the weekend to decide and he just kept badger my dad until he said yes), everyone was very helpful & kind. The workers were very professional, worked quickly and cleaned up fully. Would recommend.
