I dont even want to give this idiot 1 review, he comes to fix my dryer first thing he does is grab the box and starts to open it, I said what r u doing, he grabbed my shoe box that just got delivered, so he went in my bathroom like a bull in a China closet, like wow slow down, he was giving me anxiety, he couldn't smell my clothes that has a burning smell, he says his smell is off, so he stuck his phone light in there and said I know what's wrong its your hose its to long, now im elderly on a fixed income and hes already getting paid from allstate insurance that i bought at home depot he charged me 150.00 so I gave him a check and he got paid from insurance company, and he didn't fix it so 150.00 and he did nothing, he hacked up the hose, took the part which im sure thats not going back

From summer of 2023: Ed came out to repair a refrigerator. He has almost $1000 of my money and I still don't have a working refrigerator. He came up with excuses and then ghosted me. His business is not licensed with the state. He is on a suspended sentence on probation for identity theft and larceny. (Both these facts are public information if you choose to look them up.) I have a complaint with the department of consumer protection. If you have an issue please pursue with them and maybe we can stop his shady business practices.

Ed was recommended by the retail outlet that sold us a GE monogram refrigerator. He came to the house said we needed a new ice maker & fan assembly and charged us for the diagnosis & mileage through a deposit . Came back a second time supposedly with new parts and installed them & charged us again. We called & texted after the new parts were installed & after waiting the appropriate time for freezer to reach cold temp - nothing worked . Ed stopped responding to our texts and calls when we alerted him that nothing was working . We called the store to see if they could have Ed return our call . The store graciously split his $900.00 bill with us . Coincidentally, an apple charger was missing from the counter as well. I have an old Hot Point stove that had a bad thermostat. I called my local parts place here in Forest Park, Ga., gave them the Model Number of my stove and had found that the thermostat for our stove is not in production any longer. Long story short, ERL Appliance had one on Ebay at a price I thought fair. Though the unit had a little rust on it, I Purchased, they sent, USPS delivered, I installed with the help of YouTube, works great. Thanks for having this thermostat ERL!

I have had issues with my oven twice now. The first time was under manufacturers warranty and the second was under a long term warranty that I purchased. The first time, the warranty company assigned Ed for service. The second time, I requested Ed of the new warranty. Each time Ed has been to my house to repair my oven, he has been communicative and punctual. He has arrived each time with the tools to diagnose the issue as well as the parts necessary to fix my oven immediately. I have a double oven. On the second trip, Ed diagnosed a secondary issue that was about to arise and replaced an additional part before it became an issue. I'll have Ed back to my house again and would certainly recommend him to others.
