Best hardware store in Southeast Texas! They have everything you need and even more of what you didn't know you'd want. They have a general store up front with gifts for all ages and things you can't find anywhere else. The price is perfect and staff is always friendly. We pop in for plants, lumber, batteries, a plunger, but also Christmas and birthday (mothers day, father day, grandparents day, new baby!) shopping -- plus we don't have to go into town & fight traffic. Shop Sour Lake First, y'all!

This place is awesome! Unlike the big box stores, they have a little of everything and a big selection. Customer service was great. They also have homeware stuff as well! Sour Lake is fortunate to have a general hardware store. Like the town im from, Lowes put the local store out of business and now everyone regrets it.

Ernest is a great little mom and pop hardware store that has everything you could need for your home and more. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even carry oil field supplies. Awesome store. Check it out. As always, safe travels.

Honestly can’t think of a better hardware store in the SETX area. A nice young man helped me buy one of those speaker boxes and they were all extremely helpful. A+ all around.
