We had a top notch experience with Ernie's. They were extremely professional, provided incredible service, and their prices were extremely fair. I high recommend!

I need a small Sentry fire safe opened - lost combo- so I called Ernie’s and left a message. Someone called me a couple of hours later. He suggested I call Sentry w the model and serial numbers to get the combo. I did that but I still cannot open the safe. Tried lube, lightly hitting the lock and handle w a rubber mallet, but it won’t open. So I called and texted Ernie’s again. Crickets. That’s no way to do business. I am afraid I cannot recommend this business. I don’t like to be ignored.

I will be eternally grateful to this shop. We were about to depart on a 2,000 mile drive when we discovered we had lost the key to our roof box. Our 11 year old 120 pound dog occupied pretty much all of the cargo area in our station wagon so we were in desperate straits. Ernie actually had a Thule master key and managed to unlock the box and replace the tumblers in very short time. He saved us an enormous amount of stress and / or trauma. Highly recommended.

The security expert at Ernie's gave us a free estimate over the phone and was over at our house the very next day to work on our our new keyless lock system. They were fast, honest and gave us a great price. Super pleased and highly recommend.

I recently had an issue where I needed a very specific type of key copy made. I tried all the kiosks in grocery stores, home depot, etc to no avail. I called a few locksmiths I found on google but they only provided mobile services, so I did what I knew I should have done from the beginning and see the guys at Ernies. Not only did they have the keys I needed, but I was also able to pick up a few more items I had been needing. I've been living in the area and patronizing this business for more than a decade and they have always been the gold standard in quality of service, friendliness and capability.
