Had to leave a review when I think credit is due. I will admit they were not the first company I called when I was in a jam, but they were the second because the first was booked out and highly recommended them. I didn’t know what to expect but was Very pleasantly surprised. Kristen and DJ showed up promptly, prepared, and went right to work fixing my problem. I do like to know and learn about things , so I did ask a lot of questions. Kristen was extremely pleasant and answered all of my questions and more!! I learned a lot that day! I highly recommend this duo for any pump and well needs that you have. They are prompt, professional, courteous, and affordable. Checked all my boxes! And then some! Thanks again Kristen and DJ!!!!!! This wasn’t the first time they came to solve a problem, and as always, they showed up quickly, same day service, never making us wait more than a few hours. The team is always professional, attentive to details, and truly knows their craft. In the past, we’ve been scammed by other plumbers in the area, overcharged for jobs that weren’t even done. But with Ernie’s Pump Services, everything is handled with honesty, care, and efficiency. The crew is simply wonderful and trustworthy. Called last night, thought my well pump failed. The female owner came out and got me going early this morning. She explained the entire situation and was very professional. I am planning on saving to get my well pump replaced with it being very old and plan on using her company to do the work. Very impressed.

First of all, I got 3 quotes for a water treatment system, and Ernie's pump service was the best. The installation came out great. I was very much pleased . Kristen explained the whole system and how to maintain it which was very helpful. She's very knowledgeable On the right needs for treating your water system. I highly recommend Ernie's pump services
