Donnel has followed through on a project that has been a moving target with neighbors routing water to our property and blocking natural drainage with debris. Mike and Don are waste for EMS company. If I am the president at EMS company, I will fire them immediately because their working pace and don’t know how to build a good relationship with customers. 2 weeks of my time wasted for getting a quote for my project. All the feedbacks on this company is right. Very slow response and my case after 2 weeks waiting for quote, Mike said that they don’t fit with my project. Kevin needs to reconsider their employment if you want to expand your business.

Donnel and his team were top notch. We discussed my erosion problem in my backyard; he put together a plan and communicated it in easy-to-understand terms. His team started the project on time and completed it on time. This included all the clean-up afterwards. Highly recommend them!
