My experience using Erv Smith Services for maintenance on my older furnace and now with my new one has been OUTSTANDING! The few times I have had to call them out for repair, their repair man was very professional, and efficient. When my furnace had to be replaced, it was done very quickly, since it was during the winter, and we can't be happier. Definitely worth the 5 stars.

This company are scammers. They run a cleaning special for $169 which is very reasonable however they are not coming to clean they are coming to sell you a new unit and will tell you yours is shot and you got a cracked heater core and could be getting carbon monoxide in your house. I got another company over right after and found there is nothing wrong with my heater and I had been scammed.

My furnace went out, it's the middle of January, it's COLD outside!!! I called to see if someone could come take a look at. They tell they aren't taking on new customers and don't know where to direct me to someone who can help me!!! The only reason I selected this company is because I heard nothing but good things about them.......yet, my first experience them, is a heating emergency, and they tell me they can't help me.....whatever happened to helping your community.......Do better ERV SMITH!!!!

Erv Smith Services was great when we needed our A/C unit replaced. They were prompt, professional, and were able to fit us in quickly. Cole and Ethan did a great job installing and took the time to go over the system with myself and my husband. Definitely will return for any heating or cooling needs. Edited to add: We’ve had our A/C unit for a year and Ethan came to do an annual inspection on it. He was professional and thorough. Thank you!

This company was recommended to me by a friend and they were absolutely correct. Matt was my tech and he was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They completed a tune up- cleaned everything up, completed pressure testing and made sure everything was in good shape. I will definitely be using them for any future hvac needs.
