I don't even use this company, but several neighbors do; today I got to observe one of their workers peeing in the yard they were servicing. Super classy. They also routinely start before a standard work day, loudly utilizing their yard equipment as early as 7am. I was looking for a business of their type, but will NOT be using them, due to their unprofessionalism.

Ervin Property Management are wonderful people who do an awesome job. I recently scheduled them to do their "Spring Clean Up" service at a place I just moved into. There had been years of obvious neglect and I needed a little help to get the leaves and branches removed. The scheduled day arrived and they had turned my wreck of a backyard into something that was ready for landscaping... and all before lunch time! Not only this, but the prices are extremely reasonable and they seem to cater their services to you personally. I highly recommend Ervin Property Management; I couldn't be more pleased with the time they saved me and the results they produced.
