Danny and Thomas came out to repair my parents’ garage door, which had several issues, and they immediately showed how knowledgeable and experienced they are. They took the time to diagnose the problems, explained what needed to be done, and fixed everything efficiently. The pricing was very reasonable considering the amount of work involved, and we felt confident we were in good hands the entire time. We also really appreciated the follow-up from Mr. Masood afterward — that level of customer care means a lot. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repairs or service. Great experience all around!

My old garage door spring snapped in half, and the garage was completely out of commission. Masood came right out for a free diagnosis and explain how they would fix it. They had all the parts in stock, so his crew came out the very next day to install two new springs and a bar with a bracket. Escondido Overhead Garage Doors has provided me with excellent service and products at reasonable prices. I first used them in 2015 when they quoted me a reasonable price to replace a broken spring (they replaced with two springs) then threw in some additional add-ons at no additional cost. Most recently, the 19-year-old unit failed and I expected to have to replace the whole unit, but Masood came out, reset a few adjustments, and the door works fine again. I can’t say enough good about the excellent service I have received from them.

They're not looking out for their customers and ripped off every chance they have. They installed our garage in 2021, and on 1/30/24, a sensor error happened. They came out and tilted the sensor up and charged me $125. They could just told me over the phone to check the sensor alignment before sending someone out. They will use every opportunity to charge their customers. It isn't right to charge your customer $125 for 10 secs of labor. Please call around for quote first and don't use EOGD.
