Excellent installation and customer service. Eduardo made it happen in two days after my first call. This was a small job but he treated me like it was a roof on a mansion. Highly recommend him!
I highly recommend you avoid doing business with AE Metal Roofing and Alfred Escobar Jr. Initially, we were quoted $27,000 for a metal roof. Once we agreed, his crew came out to lay the paper, to dry it out which costs $67 per roll. After collecting a $4,000 as down payment, Alfred suddenly changed the estimate to $45,000, claiming he miscounted the number of squares needed. He then used his father being in the hospital as an excuse. Alfred offered us a $1,000 refund to go with another roofing company or a full refund if we could provide an estimate showing fewer squares. Unfortunately, his father passed away, and we sent our condolences, giving him time. Another company came out, measured, and provided us with a $30,000 estimate, claiming there were 25 fewer squares than Alfred had count
I was looking for a roof to last me a lifetime so I hired ESN metal and got me a beautiful standing seam metal roof.
Nice product with great service- hired after other company left us with issues
