Scope of work: re-paving 2,300+ sq ft walk and bicycle paths at a preschool. We contacted a number of paving companies for estimates but only received two call backs, Espina being one of them. Kraig was the only vendor who came to the property to walk it with us, to understand the scope of work and our expectations. We received his bid in a timely manner. and once awarded, Kraig worked with us to schedule the work during our window of available time. When the crews came out, it was clear pretty quickly that our understanding of the proposed work was not accurate. We contacted Kraig, who worked with the crew to come up with a solution that worked for all parties, while holding to the original bid amount. Their Driver Dot #1665372 tried to run me & my infant daughter off of the road I then called Espina & they said they would take their drivers side. Do not book them or work with them they pride their workers over people & potential clients. Not to mention their worker cursed me out must’ve been a rough day on the job . They don’t pride themselves on the safety of them or others & that truck is a road hazzard!!!

Completed asphalt projects two years in a row. Beginning the third project soon. Great experience each time. Highly recommend. Kraig is great to work with.
