I hired Espinoza Painting to paint the exterior of my house and they did an exceptional job. I was impressed with their prep work. They sanded, scrapped and caulked all windows and trim work. They replaced old wood trims with new ones and primed them before the final paint. They completed their work within the agreed contract time and cleaned up after themselves at the end of every work day. I highly recommend them.

Daniel came out and provided an estimate to paint exterior doors, replace a garage seal and paint and retexture some interior wall areas. He provided an estimate and we agreed to a price. I also explained that I plan on having the house painted within the year and this was the time to find someone reliable for that larger project. Daniel then decided to not return emails for weeks after I was supposedly penciled in for a Saturday, two weeks after he initially came out for the estimate. I finally got in touch with him the next week to see what the deal was. He said he was too busy to do the work! It seems he's fine with doing large scale projects and blowing off smaller ones. Not the way to do business. I would not recommend him due to his unreliability. I can't comment on his work

Daniel is awesome! Even with miscommunication on my part, because my number changed he went ahead and followed up by email. He removed the “popcorn” on my ceiling, and beautifully painted the walls! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
