Deborah is extremely knowledgeable and impartial and gets the job done. She’s honest and because she does not do remediation does not have any anterior motives in getting your test results. 10/10 recommend !

Debbie of Espree Mold Testing did a great job for us. First, she assessed for FREE a previous companies mold report of our rental unit. She shared with us what was missing from the report. Again, this was before we hired her. Second, Debbie came to our unit and tested what was missing from our report. Debbie accommodated our need to hurry and squeezed us in to her busy schedule. Lastly, Debbie's report came quickly and she recommended an excellent remediation company. We could not have solved our mold problem without Debbie's help. We highly recommend Espree Mold Testing.

We hired Espree Mold testing to evaluate an area we have been having trouble with for 3 months. Deborah came in a performed a complete visual exam and took samples.
