Essential Power Systems

I have had Seth install two standby generators on my property and he is getting ready to install a third at another location for me. He is professional, fair, attentive to needs and has a terrific team to support him. I could not recommend him any higher.

Fifteen years ago I bought my home in early winter. I was not prepared for the environment. It was either Christmas Eve or Christmas Day………heavy snow was coming down and we had been without power for hours. I called our awesome real estate broker, Terry Potts, and told him what the situation was. He gave me Seth Wilson’s name, the owner of Essential Power. Seth amazingly answered the phone and without hesitation drove through this very challenging storm. He got on his knees and disassembled our generator finding many problems. I had Seth and company install a 24 kw generator and the electrical panel to run the house. Additionally, I have had several other outlets, and electrical connections run by Essential. Their work has been excellent each time and I recommend them often.

I have a whole home generator. I signed up with this company to provide maintenance on it twice a year, in February and August. I made an appointment for the August service 5 days ago. No one showed up . No one called. I paid $350 and received nothing. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!
