Matt B was awesome. Very efficient and professional. He found the main root of our issues, something other plumbers were unable to do when they looked at our problem. He explained everything thoroughly and got us the best price.

Jake did a wonderful job. We were very pleased with his work. Jake replaced the tubing from the pumps and added devices to keep the pumps clean. He placed the tubing in such a way that it no longer looks obtrusive. Kudos to Jake for a job well done!

I had an amazing experience with Essig and would highly recommend them. My heater kept turning off and the temperature was going to be dropping to 6 degrees over the next few nights. Moon, who handled my call and scheduling was calm and professional. She set up for a service tech to come the next day as I didn't feel it was an emergency since I had space heaters. As our first contact Lindsay at Essig Plumbing and HVAC was very courteous and attentive to our needs. She was able to quickly schedule an appointment for an estimate and work within only a couple days. Jared the responding technician was prompt to our appointment and very polite and understanding to our needs. He recognized our problem with our fireplace gas line and gave a fast and fair estimate. He explained what he would recommend in detail and was able to complete the repair in about an hour. This included replacing a leaking fitting and rerouting the gas line to prevent future damage.
