Can't say enough about this place. Great selection of flooring to choose from. Tara was a great help as there was so much to choose from. Very patient and offered suggestions which we appreciated. Todd did a great job installing the floors and made a great suggestion when laying the floor in the bathroom. Ed (owner) is also one of the nicest guys you'd ever meet. Kudos to all of you. We will definitely be back to do more of our floors.

We worked with Jackie at the Lancaster store. Jackie was so helpful and knowledgeable. We love what we purchased which was for 3 rooms. Plus we also had a custom rug made for our front door. I needed a floor trim piece and looked everywhere, Home Depot, Lowes, Amazon and several flooring stores but could not find what I needed. I called Essis & Sons and spoke with a very knowledgeable lady who understood what I wanted and invited me to come to store and check out what was was available. I drove to store and found exactly what I needed. The lady was so nice and helpful that I made a commitment to buy the flooring I need in the future for my kitchen.
