Absolutely worse customer service I've ever dealt with

Expect great customer service from the office ladies even in busy season. 2 stars for the 2 star service I got today from a gentleman in the office who was anything but. I politely called in once to check the status of the wait list since I hadn't heard from them since last week when I requested a fill. He could have simply said they couldn't estimate the delivery date at this time....Instead he gave me indirect answers through gritted teeth like I was being unreasonable for simply asking.

We moved into a house that uses oil in February and have used Estes twice to get oil. Both times they have been great. Today I talked to Cindy and she was sweet and patient with getting my order as there was a bit of an issue on my end. We were able to get it squared away and they delivered within 3 hours. Last time it was delivered within a day. The guy who delivered the oil wasn't the friendliest but he was quick. Thank you for your kindness and understanding, Cindy!

Lady in the office is nice and professional. They are quick too. Only down side is the guy who delivers is rude. Every time. He even drove off the driveway and left ruts in the grass all the way down the driveway. Bent our fence. Left gate open to dog yard. Just unpleasant to speak with.

Five stars every time. Great business and great family. If you need fuel Estes is who you call period. I ordered early and got my fuel oil delivery the same day. Not sure what the two star review was about. Thank you for being there for us and countless families over the years!!!
