Eric was a big reason why we selected Roofing Specialist. He recommended extra venting and explained that adding these vents to the roof will improve circulation in the crawlspace of our home and keep it cool in the summer. This winter, our 29-year old roof took a serious beating. We literally found shingles falling off our old roof every day. We contacted eight vendors after compiling a short list of those we liked from Yelp.com, Google Reviews, and Nextdoor. All of the quotes we received used similar materials with similar warranties. Fabian's crew was very honest - they did not try to upsell, add unnecessary items, use obscure warranties, or push for gutters/downspouts replacements. Central roofing had a very competitive price and Fabian, the owner was very responsive. We had a short timeline, and we asked several vendors to give us a two-to-three month lead time for replacing the roof. We felt free to ask him questions, and we appreciated how clear his answers were. The crew arrived on time, and they did the job. They were polite, and they worked hard to do the job right. Our roof looks fantastic and the entire process was seamless. We were treated with professionalism by everyone we spoke with. They're the ones we would recommend to anyone in need of roof work.

William, David and Rafael did a great job, right from the initial estimate to the completed product. They replaced plywood and completed roof replacement with outstanding craftsmanship. Cleaning was done perfectly.

I had a problem with water getting into my DTE cables and travelling into my electrical panels in my basement. Over the years, my top downspout became tilted to the side. This caused water to overflow down the side of the dormer. Jonah had a solution in no time. He added a downspout on the bottom gutter, from the top one. Jonah knew the urgency of the situation (there would be heavy rainfall later that evening), so he came out to fix it the same day after his final scheduled job. He did excellent work and was very pleasant to work alongside. Very positive and genuine person. I will use him for all my future gutter and roofing needs.
