ESTEVES CARPET CLEANING

Did not show up after I cleared out ALL furniture from the room that was being cleaned. Texted him at 10:20am (appt was for 10) he did not respond. I called him at 10:26 am and he said he came and no one opened. He said he rang the door bell (but there is no door bell in my house). We have 6 people at the house and we were ALL in the 1st floor (my husband was actually outside since 9:45am with our neighbor). I let him know we have no doorbell so he defenitely didn't come here and if that were the case why didn't he call if he was in fact outside? I asked if he could please come back to at least do the room since we had taken ALL OF THE FURNITURE out and because the services we booked for would take well over 30 minutes (we booked cleaning for 1 sofa, 1 loveseat and 1 room for rug cleaning)
