I would honestly rate this company a zero if I could. They came out two weeks ago for a low water pressure issue and a leak. They charged me $480, but they never clearly explained what the actual problem was or what they did to fix it. Now, just two weeks later, my building has flooded — and I can’t get a response from them. When I called to address the issue, they were belligerent and refused to take any responsibility. There was no accountability and no effort to make things right. What’s most frustrating is that the “fix” turned out to be incredibly simple. I went to Home Depot, bought a faucet supply line, and fixed it myself. It was a quick and inexpensive repair. It makes me question what I was charged $480 for in the first place. Not a trustable company. They carged us $380 to fix a toilet. They changed it for the wrong part and now they say I should change the entire toilet. Come on guys, now you don’t even return calls. Expect to hear from our attorneys.

Do not recommend them. They don’t explain services correctly, also they don’t call when plumber is on its way to be prepared. They charge me 280$ to unclog a pipe. They don’t care about your issues, they will just collect any money they can based on your knowledge about plumbing. There are other companies who are more understanding and explain how the service will work step by step.
