These grifters are DIY quality at best. They earn trust through the shiny marketing veil of a family run business and a reasonable design process, but everything falls apart after the deal is inked. The Good: - high-touch design phase. They take the time to understand the goals, pick materials, & consider options. They aren’t “the cheapest provider” & offered a selection of higher end seeming materials like Cosentino’s Ukiyo, Woodpecker wood flooring, and Bellmont’s 1900 line. All of these are naturally more expensive than the allowances in the initial bid, but tolerable because you expect to be getting a superior product with skilled install. During the design process, having a physical showroom with many different possibilities of cabinets, pulls, countertops, and different features made it so easy for us to pick out what we liked and envision the space. They finished the job earlier than expected, which was a big plus for us. Their work was top-notch, and they made sure everything was done cleanly and to perfection. I cannot say enough good things about Eterna Surfaces. I reached out to 15 different tile companies about a job that involved large porcelain tile. Eterna was one of three companies that said that they could do the work. They were so responsive, professional, and they did an excellent job cutting and installing a 30” x 32” piece of porcelain tile as my new backsplash. They used the rest of the large porcelain tile to create a backsplash in our front room behind our birdcage. It was worth the effort to reach out to so many companies just to find them.
