There are very few times in my life when I've been 100% satisfied with work someone else has done. This is one of those times. When we bought our house two years ago the driveway was in bad shape. Sealcoating was not going to fix it, and we're located in a rural area that many contractors won't come to. We found Ethan Bryer this year as a result of someone who had work done by them. Ethan came out, spent a lot of time looking and measuring, and gave us a fair estimate. The work was done over the course of two days. Our driveway has no straight lines, doesn't have a consistent width, much of it is lined with a rock wall, lots of transitions to garage and concrete slabs, and there are other areas that can only be done by hand. I had reached out to several other companies first to get estimates on the work. One was extremely, way out of reasonable cost while the others didn’t live up to their word to come out and provide an estimate. Working with Ethan was completely the opposite. After sharing some communication he was out to our property the very next day to provide a reasonable estimate on the work. We agreed on scope of work and cost-he stated he’d do his best to be back within 2 weeks to do the work. He actually came out yesterday(1 week from the estimate), with his crew to asphalt our driveway and parking area. Very punctual, professional, a man of his word. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer him or hire him and his crew again. In fact we plan to have him come out next year for phase 2….Great Job!!
