James came out today on a same-day service call after my rental’s property manager buzzed them a maintenance request. He got the problems figured out real quick, and was professional and polite. The work was done well, he cleaned up after himself, and everything he worked on it functioning like new. Great service, will for sure call on them again if I have any other electrician needs.

Michael T came out and dealt with some old complicated wiring from our house. He was friendly, professional, and offered some great advice about alternative fixes for some of our problems.

They have been working on this electrical issue for about three days now, and every time they leave saying it’s fixed, the electrical problem actually seems worse off than before. Since reaching out to them, time and time again we are getting locked out of the house, and right now, we’ve been sitting here waiting for a good 30 minutes and all our groceries are sitting in the sun. We keep calling, even right now, and are literally again asked what the address is… Not sure how or if someone will be reached to come out again for the third time today to try again. Ultimately, I just hate that this is taking so long for everyone involved. People need to be able to get in and out of the house :/

We'll never know if they are any good. Called, gave all info, was told someone would call. They called back and when asked for them to come out to give an estimate said they would call back to arrange a time ...never heard another word from them. That was...oh, maybe two months ago! We moved on and now on the fourth one, who does seem to be able to do what he says he will do. I guess electricians in this area either have more business than they can handle...and not enough courtesy or professionalism to tell a potential customer that they are not interested in their business.
