Ethical Plumbing

The tech was nice and knowledgeable but my issue is with the company’s pricing. I would not have used them if I’d known how expensive they were. The office is 1.5 miles from my house and they charged me $80 for a trip charge even though I told them exactly what I needed. I was the ln charged almost double for the repair on top of the trip charge. They quoted me some other repairs and 2 other quotes I got where less than half of what they quoted me. I only used them because I was in a pinch, but I will not be using them in the future.

We had an excellent experience with Ethical Plumbing today replacing our water heater. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They explained our options clearly, answered all our questions, and completed the installation efficiently and neatly. I put in the request on Angi and had a response within minutes. They scheduled me for the next morning for a tankless water heater repair and service. Mike was here on time, explained everything discussed the price and performed the job efficiently and well. Very nice and professional throughout. We will use them in the future for our plumbing needs . We highly recommend them.

He was knowable, answered any questions we had. then be gave us ballpark estimates our options. Very Happy with the service.
