0 STAR REVIEW - HORRIBLE OPERATIONS! I’ve been looking for a callback from a supervisor regarding incident that occurred 9/10. An employee shattered my side mirror with one of their machines. Employee manager, Jose Ortiz, took full responsibility & assured me the matter would be resolved immediately. As of 9/16, I’ve yet to have repairs compensated for & completed. I’ve had to initiate contact myself with this company, which should NOT be the case. I have received very little communication regarding any updates from the Accounting team. Safety manager, Julio, is hesitant to answer my calls or to request more urgent follow-ups on his end. It was recommended that I locate someone to complete repairs if they didn’t hear anything back from their own glass company. Contacted a car dealership, w

Utility easements (UE)are very hard to deal with. HLU was trying to assist all parties so the homeowners landscape would not be compromised during this stressful process. Unfortunately we were at the mercy of the electric company to complete the tie in to power. Power connection has been made, all landscape was repaired.

I would not recommend them since I just saw one of their drivers(I assume owner or manager) driving a nice Infiniti SUV who cut people off while driving and then ran a red light,cut through and intersection, and passed a school bus. Must be important to do all of that.
