Only one person working. As soon as her customer came in that she was waiting for we were left looking. She said we didn't need an appointment. If we didn't need one than someone else should have helped us. Won't go back.

I went in knowing that they only sell to contractors and wholesale. I hoped they could at least answer a few questions and point me into a direction of where I can get what I needed. I started explaining the situation and explained that I didn't mind going somewhere else that sold retail if only I knew what the name of this part was. During my explanation, one staff member wandered off, then the other left. There was a plumber customer who asked more questions than the staff! With his help I was able to get the parts I needed from another store, but as for the staff, I was practically invisible! :( I'm hoping to chalk this up to the fact that I am a homeowner. I hope their contractor customers are treated better.

Just made a delivery there. They were very quick at coming out to me,friendly and knew what they were doing.

Good place for a semi. Fairly easy backing in. Quick to unload and friendly staff.
