I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the only Lochinvar reseller in the U.P. was located in Marquette. I called to order a replacement Lochinvar water heater to replace my Lochinvar 48gal power vent gas water heater which has lasted over 25 years! These units are well-made and last long when maintained correctly. Chris Wooden (Counter Sales) held one of two units remaining for me as I had to drive from Houghton to pick it up. Chris was friendly and helpful on the phone and didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time like other companies I had called. They quoted a great price too, unlike some other local resellers to which I felt like I was getting ripped off based on the quotes they provided which were $800 dollars more for the same capacity water heater. *cough* AirCare to nam
