Etters installed my new construction HVAC and plumbing back in 2021. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Yesterday at the peak of our most recent heatwave, my outdoor A/C unit stopped working. Talked to April Etters at about 4PM. By 8AM this morning, Nate Etters was already at my house, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the failed compressor capacitor. I barely had time for my first cup of coffee. THANK YOU April, Nate, and the whole Etters team -- your prompt and friendly services are much appreciated!

Our furnace was hit with a power surge and April answered our call and was able to get us scheduled for the very next day! Nathan arrived on time and was extremely courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and worked with our schedule to get back and get it installed. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Etter’s. Would give them ten stars if that was an option!

So wonderful! We’ve used another fellow for a while now that retired and woke up to no heat this morning. Called our oil company and the beards said call etters. The lady on the phone (at 7 am) was so kind and her son was here quickly, fixed the problem fast, was incredibly reasonably priced (especially for an emergency 7 am call the Friday before Christmas!!). He was kind and courteous. Very grateful to have found such a kind and competent new furnace guy!

This company is so wonderful! We called very early in the morning and April picked up the phone at 4 am. Etters came out to fix our heating which was not working early in he morning on the weekend. It works like a champ now! They are so responsive and their customer service is excellent. We highly recommend this company to service all your heating and cooling needs in your home, they do a great job with a smile! A+!

Have used their electricians for lighting additions to my home. They are nice guys who do great work and are always respectful of our home. Highly recommend them.
