We have been working with Dave restoring our yard. It was overrun with Buckthorn and other invasive non-native plants. We are very happy with the results. Dave is very knowledgeable and his crews have been great. We’re now able to enjoy our yard, including the new wildlife visitors that are attracted by all the native plants.

Dave and his team recreated our entire front yard. They removed unwanted yew, transplanted overgrown dogwood, and put in native trees and the most beautiful flower bed full of native plants. We cannot wait to watch it all come into its own. Dave is simultaneously capable and easygoing. He definitely knows his stuff, and is willing to listen and adjust accordingly. His team did great work. 16+ different varieties of native flowers and plants added to our yard overnight. Here is a before and after of our entryway; the quality of the trees he sourced is amazing. Edited one year after installation to add a picture. All the trees are thriving. A majority of the plants came back. We are thrilled at the dozens of native bees and fireflies that are everywhere!

Dave Eubanks has helped us create a beautiful native garden filled with life. We first hired Dave 4 years ago to remove invasive buckthorn, seed that area with shade-loving plants, then plant new trees along the front perimeter of our yard—he even worked with a design layout I came up with while researching natives, just steering me away from some that wouldn’t play as well with others. He helped plant in front of a remaining buckthorn hedge that will be removed when the new trees and shrubs get big enough. Then we had him remove large grassy areas and create new mulch beds under the trees we planted. He also added key plants to a pre-existing rain and butterfly garden, then later we had him remove grass and do a formal native planting at the entrance to our house—proving that natives can

David Eubanks did a major project on our yard. I did the native planting myself but he did all the major earthworks-- taking out an old koi pond that was a dilapidated eyesore as well as a number of spruce trees that were growing up pressed against the windows. The work he did was fantastic, absolutely changed our yard. And now that I have the native plants in the butterflies and birds have increased threefold!

We had Eubanks Environmental transform our landscape last Fall from a boring front lawn and a mud pit in the backyard to native gardens all around the house, and we couldn't be happier. Dave is a great communicator, down to earth, fun guy to work with. It was great to have someone with such extensive knowledge and experience come in to completely redesign our landscape, while incorporating our ideas and desires into the plan as well. We've gotten so many compliments from our neighbors, and our gardens are beautiful even in the middle of winter, with or without snow. We can't wait to see the trees, shrubs, and other plants "waking up" in the spring, filling in our beautiful gardens, and contributing to our local ecosystem by attracting pollinators, birds, and hopefully even more wildlife.
