Have been using them for years, but after a recent estimate for a new AC was ridiculous, I went to a local competitor. Wound up spending $5,200 instead of the $8,500 I was quoted. In addition, I found that I was also being overcharged on coolant and basic servicing for years. I will not be back. Update: After my new AC unit was installed, I found out from the new company that I needed a permit and an inspection from the township. They told me that they had already filed the paperwork, that the permit was ready, and that I needed to schedule an inspection of their work. Eugene Adams had installed my last AC unit, but never informed us about a Township inspection or permit. I had no idea that this needed to be done. I wonder if anyone else has had the same thing happen to them after Eugene
