Europa Flooring Distribution

I was walking in their parking lot for a few minutes around 2pm on a weekday with my two little puppies. As I was leaving , someone from the office is yelling at me to leave the property! Are you kidding me. It’s not like i was there 5mins, 30mins or an hour. How do they treat their customers? Maybe I’m a potential buyer. Definitely not now , no never. Maybe they don’t care . Buyer beware. lol.

We ordered a box of wood flooring from a storefront in Culver City (Universal Hardwood), who gave us the choice to have the box shipped for $75 or pick it up directly from Europa. (We had decided to order a box in order to see if we really like the product before buying 1400 sf of it.) The workers at the warehouse loaded the box into my car, and I was off. As soon as I got home, I opened the box to find 4 out of the 10 boards had damage. Within a minute of discovering that, I emailed and called Europa and Universal and sent photos. At Universal's insistence, I also took all 10 boards to their storefront and left them there.
