European Craftsmen

I was delighted with Adrian and all his subcontractors. All were professional, pleasant and meticulous. He completed my master bath re-do and I was so pleased I rehired him for my powder room. I’d recommend European Craftsmen to anyone wanting a renovation that will look like a page out of a fancy design magazine!

Adrian is amazing. We interviewed several contractors and trusted him. Everyday his team would take pictures before leaving and send to him and almost every next morning Adrian would be there to confirm work; sometimes making them redo something entirely if it wasn’t up to his standards. There were no surprises with work, it was done efficiently and on time and our kitchen is absolutely GORGEOUS. I’ve watched many friends and family have to fire their contractors and get bad work. This is the only contractor we will use moving forward and I literally had zero stress in the process because Adrian was always on top of things.

Edit: We are now one year out. They have come out once to fix a tile error. The shower is now leaking out onto our tile floor, so we contacted them again. They basically said we could fix it ourselves by buying caulk and re-caulking the shower bottom edge. I AM NOT A CONTRACTOR but I have friends in the business and they said this should NOT be happening so soon. They did an amazing job updating our 1980's bathroom! It looks 10 million times better! The only constructive criticism is that they lack organization and leave things a bit messy if you plan to paint the walls yourself. If you are hiring a professional painter, then you will have no problem. Unfortunately, I forgot to take before photos of the counter.
