Stephen has a very well edited assortment of plumbing fixtures and had a calm manner is showing me options without ever pushing me towards decisions. I purchased everything through him as I knew he was giving me good advice (I was previously a senior executive for Waterworks) and that his follow-up and service would satisfy even my more urgent requirements. I am thankful for the pleasure in shopping there and enjoying these details daily in my new home. I recommend this store very highly.

Good day, my in laws are new to Palm City and remodeling, they had spent over 7,000$ with this company and it was pure torture. (They still have 3 more bathrooms to redo and would NEVER return) the customer service is awful, you cannot get a word in. Several stories of how they couldn’t return a part because it was already “shipped” and was expected the following day…. Mind you got a call it was in a WEEK later. Tried to cancel that day to change color to gold, was told 30% fee….. (WASN'T EVEN SHIPPED YET AT TIME) we would never return for services, the lady they worked with would not even let you get a word in a conversation very rude.

Excellent selection and great service. Tyler was exceptionally knowledgeable, responsive and patient, working with us to ensure we got just the right solution for our needs on our several months-long, complex remodeling project. Highly recommend EK&B, and Tyler!
