EV Grounds Management LLC

I’ve been meaning to write this for a while, and honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Elvis and his team at EV Grounds Management LLC. Our Co-op made the switch to them after some not-so-great experiences with our previous landscaping contractor, and the difference has been like night and day. Elvis has truly revitalized our shared spaces, and so many of us in the neighborhood have been commenting on what a fantastic job he's doing. One of the most striking improvements has been our lawns. They used to be a bit of a sorry sight, with those all-too-familiar dead grass patches, many thanks to our furry friends. Working with Elvis has been incredible. His attention to detail is unlike any other landscaper. He is very knowledgeable and has great resources. He transformed our yard completely and it looks great.

Elvis did not live up to his end of our agreement. He has repeatedly scheduled appointments to which he did not show up. He planted a row of 18 trees for us and in writing he guaranteed the life of the trees, stating that he promised to replace any dead trees at no cost to us. Despite me trying to contact him at the first signs something was wrong with the trees, he has ignored us for over 6 weeks and now one tree is dead and others are dying. He has been unresponsive and is not fulfilling our agreement.

Reliable and great service. My yard looks totally different. I highly recommend.
