Worse contractor on the entire planet. After a year the shower floor rotted out. The doors won’t stay shut because the house is not built correctly with no amounts of adjustments fixing it. All the walls had to be redone many times by our second contractor to smooth out drywall lines. Laminate floor not installed correctly ,to his inability to install the crown molding correctly this guy is a joke. The amount of replacements, fixes, and redoing of his work has cost us 1000’s. Also this took about a year and a half LONGER than he said it would. He took the money and left us with the worst experience of our lives. Do not use this man Tracy Evans is not compatible of doing even the smallest of jobs.
