Evans General Contractors was responsible for remodeling our 1912-vintage house after bad tenants had damaged the walls and flooring (and added a door in the middle of a stairway for some reason). The results are stellar. Even though the house has a strange floorplan (and was apparently never built quite plumb), the remodel added high-end features while repairing the damage and preserving the charm of the original house. The built-in shower, in particular, is a fantastic use of space and a work of art. Throughout the process, Jonny and the crew were easy to work with and kept us informed. The team at Evans General surpassed all my expectations. I had a hot water leak and they came in immediately and saved my home from further damage. They fully remodeled my bathroom and worked with my insurance company to create a smooth and timely experience. They even added some creative suggestions on tile work that I just love! I can’t say enough about Jonny Evans and his crew at Evans General Contractors. He did a bathroom remodel for me and his work is exceptional. This was a 1956 bathroom with several issues to work out. He really listens to the client while offering his own great ideas and amazing problem solving skills. I am extremely satisfied with the way it turned out. ( I’m sorry, I’m not sure how to post pictures.) His work is meticulous, he is punctual, is always available to answer questions, and on top of that is just about the nicest guy you will ever meet. His team is amazing too. He has a loyal crew who work together seamlessly, top-notch expert craftspeople who all know what they are doing. My home was flooded an i was at a loss of how bad the damage was, but evans general contracing saved my home. I had a fantastic experience with them. They were professional, efficient, and completed the project on time. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and they were always communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. My roof was leaking, and it flooded my house. These guys came in and dried out the water damage. They replaced floors, walls, and even got a new roof on it. They added new vents, a fireplace, and some upgrades for my dogs. It was a great experience and I feel really blessed. I’d totally recommend these guys, as they were recommended to me by friends that had similar experiences.
