Evans provided amazing service to us when our furnace stopped working. The customer service was excellent with exceptional response time (they were at our home within an hour of calling) and the technician was professional and explained everything to us. Found my hot water tank leaking, and called at 6am. They were so quick to send a technician for inspection, and a quote, and completed the installation of a new one within hours!! Absolutely wonderful to deal with!! I would highly recommend!!

Joanne in the office was very accommodating and helpful when I needed to re-schedule my appointment at the last minute. Wesley is an excellent technician and has exceptional diagnostic skills. His patience and perseverance got my boiler running again! He also cleaned and restarted my gas fireplace. I am grateful to Evans for their prompt, courteous and effective service.
