Evans Highway Department

Would give a negative star but it doesn’t let you. Been waiting over a month for a massive pine that is on the road in front of our driveway to be removed. . It’s not completing blocking us in but is very difficult to pull out. If it snows heavy, which it did the day after it fell. The highway department could not plow the snow past this tree and left us blocked in to fend for ourselves. It’s now been over a month and I called the supervisor today and his response it’s not a priority because it’s not blocking through traffic. Then I asked when will you get to it and his response was “we will get to it when we get to it.” I was furious and raised my voice and he then challenged me to come down to the department to talk more about it. Nice job plowing the roads. “If anyone else can do better, go ahead.” Anyone could do better you dolt! What happened to the tax dollars from the Village of Angola? Is Mayor Tom keeping the funds or is the highway department? There will be an investigation on where the funds went.

Lady hit the utility pole almost 2 months ago and nobody can answer me who is responsible for putting the light back up. Now our corner is super dark . Just don't understand why no follow up on this

Incompetence at its finest. They were damaging our property - took years and certified letters for them to rectify and they laughed in my face many times.
