Great mulch, great operation. Mr Evans has always treated me fair/good and done right by me.

Ordered a product from here about a week ago. I am not familiar with yardage on certain things and I was asking a few questions before making the purchase. Seemed like I was bothering the fella I was talking to and even apologized to him for asking questions. I said, "im so sorry if im frustrating you. I'm just not familiar with ordering this much product in bulk," his reply was sarcastic for no reason at all. He was very dull and wasn't very helpful. You'd think they'd want to be helpful and sell products, but i dont know. The product was delivered on time. I received what I paid for, and it was up to the standards I was hoping for. Would've been all around great experience had it not been for the guy I was talking with.

Very rude customer service when I went here a while ago. I was not going to write a review until I recently learned that they have been illegally dumping waste in the Little Miami River. I do not recommend supporting this business. Included a photo of the waste dumped into Little Miami River (from Fox19 article).

Overall just not a good experience. I have yard waste that I was attempting to drop and I called well ahead, 2:50ish - 3pm range and was advised by a very nice lady on the phone that they are open for yard waste dump Until 6. I got home early from work, went down there with a loaded trailer and arrived at 5 on the dot. Instead of a “how can I help you”it was a “We close at 5!” By a gentleman in a Red Ford ranger. He was not very nice and clearly wanted us to leave. I said I would pay for the dump and he said “there closing the register, I would hurry” I stated to put it together and he said there are other places open for dump, even after saying I would pay. Very rude front office, mainly the old rotund man that threw my card back at me. First time being in there, and will be the last. It’s not difficult to be a kind person.
