Years ago we had a good experience with them. Recently when we have had to call we have not. We asked to have our drain pan replaced because it was causing issues. That has not been done. We had another leak through our ceiling, called them out. Said the leak was fixed but the drain pan would have to be ordered and the office would call us. (The first time we asked for a new drain pan was at the beginning of the summer). Being we had to call again the issue was not fixed. Four days later, still have water dripping and AC is not cooling good. Called them and they told us we would have to pay the weekend rate for them to come out to fix something they have not fixed the last two times we called them to repair the same issue. They do not back their work and do not fix the issue.

Called them to unclog a toilet. Guy came out was there 5 minutes used MY plunger to plunge toilet and left. That did not fix the problem I called them back to come back the lady told me it would be another service charge. I was charged over $100 for someone to use my plunger and did not even fix the problem.

They are so professional and responsive. I bought a house on the National Register and have utilized their service 3 times in 2 years as I needed repairs and replacements and their sense of urgency is utmost and greatly appreciated
