Guillermo was amazing, his 20+ years of experience made me feel very comfortable, during the process of removing all tiles and replacing old wood/installing the new system. Then Carlos and his crew were very detailed, making sure the tiles were perfectly aligned and final compounding was very nice matched to the color of the tiles. Ricardo Gorni did a great job, as a sales professional with many years of experience, starting from his early days doing installation to now being a sales manager, He made me feel very comfortable. Evans Roofing was called to repair and recoat my 65 year old tile and SPF roof with an Acrylic Top coat. Their supervisor, Edgar Ramos, came to estimate the job the next day. He was on time, very thorough and knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. Our agreed upon price was very reasonable. Edgar said his crew would begin work the next morning, and they showed up as promised. His roofing crew worked on the roof for the next three days. They showed up on time and were always very polite and professional. The finished product was as promised and excellent. The last part of the job was to coat my carport. The permit was obtained quickly, and I was assigned a project manager, William, who contacted me immediately and stayed in close touch and was very available and communicative throughout the entirety of the project.
