This is a mixed bag review as I feel like customer service wise they really excel at. However, I don't think they like to take accountability when a customer has an issue with a product or service that was done. I should have wrote this when the issue actually happened, but I have finally heard my wife moan and groan about our flooring enough that I decided to finally voice my disgruntlement. Long story short, our builder bought the flooring from this location and both sets that were installed were deemed defective. So, now on our third floor, although not defective, looks like complete dog crap due to gaps and bad workmanship from the installer that this location assigned to do the job at our house. Terrible experience you lost out on a couple thousand dollars today, thanks to the snotty blonde lady that snubbed me. How dare you look down your nose at someone. Not at all the customer service I’d expect to see. Not welcoming and the selection wasn’t the best to begin with. Her name is likely Karon… Next door the guys at Datile were simply amazing, friendly and very welcoming Thank you to Datile.

We have used Evansville Tile for several projects. This last project included backsplash for our kitchen, tile for the laundry room, and wood flooring throughout our main level. The employees were helpful and knowledgeable when trying to tie all of the elements and colors together.

Best place to go for tile. They have an amazing selection. Some of the tiles look like works of art. Michelle is great to work with!

Michelle was incredible! She walked us through every step of the process of turn renovating our master bathroom shower into what we hope will be a piece of art! She was patient, incredibly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I would love to send photos however project is not complete!
