Our sod was laid 7/1/2021. The attached pictures are from 7/7/2021. We had irrigation put in before the sod was laid, so, yes, it was watered daily. This is the worst sod job I have ever seen. They covered sprinkler heads and pop ups in the yard. There are several places that overlap, while other spots have huge gaps. I have called several times, but Brandon is very busy in meetings daily and can't return a phone call.

Please stay away from this terrible company. Ever Greene installed sod in my new DR Horton home in Johnston, IA. We watered it really well (4 times a day) but still there are large empty patches. The quality bar is too low for Ever Greene (similar to DR Horton builders). Terrible customer service as well, every time you call them they will just take down the address and phone number and tell someone will reach out to you. After calling them 4 times in 2 weeks when I asked why no one has contacted me yet, the reply was "Well, my job is to just take calls". They had to replace many of my neighbors' sod as it was too bad (or they were able to push harder than me), but issues in our lawn were not bad enough for them to fix. Have a look at attached picture and decide if you want to hire them. M

It’s been 2 years since I did front it looks amazing. Last year I got 2 trees and did backyard. It’s also amazing. Thank you Dan!!!

Called Ever Greene to replace a new tree that died. I was very specific concerning the exact species of tree I needed. They showed up with the wrong tree. Called the receptionist and asked for the same tree I had requested at first. Took a week and they returned with the correct tree. I must give special commendation regarding Dan. He came out and checked our 2nd new tree. His advise was good and I recommend talking to Dan concerning any tree issues you might have.

I've been wasting hard earned money watering dead sod. Ground wasn't prepped. What I believe was dried out sod in poor condition was laid on a July 2. Nothing but a waste.
