Ever-Seal Inc.

A representative of this company came to my home on November 3rd, 2025. I agreed to have my deck sealed and paid half of the total cost. Approximately a week and a half ago, I called them because no one had contacted me in reference to a date for the job to be completed. I was told it would be completed on Friday January 23rd, 2026. No one showed up to my house. I have called 2-3 times this week and left at least two messages with no return call. I guess I got scammed out of my money. This is not over and I am extremely disappointed.

Not sure about the product itself because we haven’t had it long enough to tell. But as for customer support and communication that part leaves me to believe that if there ever is a warranty problem it will be an issue to get resolved. We had an original date for the process to be done. First time no one showed up or called. We called and got it rescheduled. Second time the technician called and said he was running behind and couldn’t make it. A few days later a technician shows up unannounced and said he was there to do the job. Luckily my wife works from home but had to stop working and clean up the garage because that was part of the job to be completed. He said he was only scheduled to be here for an hour because his paperwork only had him doing the garage and front porch. My wi

Buyer beware. We started a project with this company based on timelines that were promised but never met. Communication was consistently poor, even after working with multiple contacts within the company . We ultimately moved forward with a different company and lost our deposit as a result. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of accountability and any real attempt to resolve the issue. Instead, communication from the company—particularly from the owner’s representative—was defensive rather than constructive. I would encourage potential customers to read the company’s responses on the Better Business Bureau, as they mirror the same defensive posture we experienced. I strongly recommend considering other options before hiring this company.

Our fence sealing was just completed last week, but so far we are extremely happy with the process, the finished product, and the team of folks we've worked with. Everything has gone as planned and the product and process is exactly as advertised. Highly recommend. Oh, P.S. If you are planning to get estimates from other vendors, do so first, then meet with Ever-Seal and be ready to commit the same day. They gave me a discount for same-day commitment and payment.

Had Ever-Seal treatment done on stamped and tinted concrete patio approximately 10 months ago. Job done well with little if any tint removal during cleaning process. Seems to be holding up well with only several very small areas of mold appearing in a very shaded area which were easily treated and taken care of with a topical spray-on product.
