We agreed on a price for Oscar to drain and fill our pool, do chlorine wash and most importantly, remove calcium buildup on or spa and tiles. They did the easy parts (fill the pool and chlorine wash) and said to remove the calcium buildup, they would have to come back with a machine to do it. They said they would come back to finish the calcium buildup the next weekend. They then never came back, never answered calls or messages, and blocked me. This is very unprofessional and untrustworthy service. Would NOT recommend them to anyone because they only did the easy part, but ghosted to avoid doing what they agreed on. Use them at your own risk.
