Everdry Fort Wayne - Basement Waterproofing

Story time, My wife and I recently got something in the mail offering a free annual inspection from Everyday Fort Wayne. We had bought our house in 2019, had the general inspection and they told us the cracking along our foundation wasn't a big concern and that it was just the foundation settling/old house/normal... Being that we are young and grew up renting we just took them at their word nodded our heads and went about our day. Fastforward to a few thunderstorms and heavy rains later we come to notice damp spots around our walls, soft spots in the kitchen, and occasional standing water. We told ourselves "it's just an old house" and moved on. I tried a few things and diy tips I found on reddit and they helped slow some of the problem, but a few seasons later and the water came back... F

I was so glad that I called Everdry Fort Wayne to come waterproof my basement. We had a musty odor and figured we had some mold in n out basement. Steve ran some tests and showed us how severe it was and explained everything throughout his inspection. When Robert and his crew came out they were polite and professional. They were really on top of it all. My daughter may start sleeping in the basement now that it is dry and healthy. I would recommend Everdry to all my friends and family.

Knox was very knowledgeable and did a very good job explaining how to prepare myself and what questions to ask the Everdry Inspector when they arrived. Brendan was the inspector that did my annual checkup, funnily enough I've actually seen him perform at a local comedy club! He's a great guy and he really knows his stuff. He showed me why I'm experiencing the issues I'm having with my basement and we talked about what my next moves should be. Overall a positive experience, very painless, I feel much more educated after having spoken to both Knox who originally knocked on my door, and Brendan who performed the inspection.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience with EverDry that I wanted to share. We’d been dealing with a damp, musty basement for years, and after one bad rainstorm too many, I finally called for help. Steve was the one who came out to assess the problem, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about him. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through exactly what was going on and what needed to be done. He explained everything in plain terms (no sales pressure at all) and made sure I felt comfortable before moving forward. If you’re dealing with basement water issues, I highly recommend EverDry.
