A broken pipe under the driveway caused wet patches to appear on concrete. Plumbing Service located the leak with special equipment and repaired it without major digging. The surface dried completely.

I never write reviews, but felt compelled to express my appreciation for Mack Plumbing. They are incredibly responsive, professional, and friendly. My hot water heater was on its way out. I called Mack and left a message. I got a callback from Lacey almost instantly. She helped me decide on a perfect replacement and about an hour later, Jamie showed up to my house with a brand new heater and had it installed shortly after. Not only did Jamie do an excellent job, he informed me of some old wiring I had, keeping my best interest and safety in mind. Super friendly and easy to talk to. Excellent service and communication which is hard to find these days. This was my second time using them (they had fixed a leaky pipe first time). I feel great knowing I now have a go-to plumber!

I have been using Mack Plumbing for years now...Jamie (and before him Tom Mack) have always done an excellent job, on time, with reasonable prices. They have helped me with gas leaks, relocating plumbing (for new washer), removing old hook ups, a hole in a water line that a flooring company made, installing a second outside spigot, and most recently with a leaking toilet, shower head repairs (x2), and installing a new hot water heater. Their prices are ALWAYS reasonable, they come out when they say they will (a rarity with many contractors today), and their work is quality. Jamie is an excellent plumbers-he listens to what you want, but also will advise you if you are making the wrong decision. He also has a great personality and sense of humor. I highly recommend Mack Plumbing!

I used Mack plumbing through my contractor when I had 2 bathroom remodels (all plumbing - sink/toilet/shower), an installation of a new toilet in another bathroom, as well as an additional visit to troubleshoot on a venting issue. Jamie is always terrific - he's helpful, explains what he is doing, and does excellent work. I would absolutely use Mack plumbing again, and would always ask for Jamie. Quality work from honest people.

I have used Mack Plumbing at work numerous times and they have always been professional, quick response and on time. I used Mack a few years ago when my sump pump died during a major rain storm and they were able to come the following day and replace it. I recently used them again for a leaky faucet and broken toilet and they were quick to return my call and was able to get me in first thing the following morning. Jamie arrived on time and was able to repair the faucet which saved me a lot of money as I was expecting to replace it. He fixed my toilet and even gave me some advice for the shower faucet.
